Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received the wrong item or size compared to what was ordered

Return Conditions

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Proof (photos or videos) may be required to approve the return

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds Policy

Approved Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in color or texture due to lighting or screen differences

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order enters production or processing, cancellations are no longer possible.
